David Peters: Born Indianapolis on a terribly hot summer day on 8/10/59, BS: Colorado State University in Natural Resources Management with a minor in Geology. 1999 graduate Natural Resources Institute through U of Washington,, Oregon State U, and Washington State U. Completed 44 national interagency fire courses over the past 18 years. 7 years Soil Conservationist with the USDA - NRCS, 12 years Forester with USDI - BIA and BLM, 6 years Fire Mitigation Specialist with USDI - BLM.
